Since obtaining his leadership coaching credential from Georgetown University’s prestigious Center for Transformational Leadership, Jeff has been working with senior leaders in the public and private sectors in Vermont, Virginia, Washington D.C., Central and South America and Canada.   

 

Prior to founding Springtide Leadership Development Jeff spent two decades helping to build what is now America’s leading direct-to-consumer garden products brand—Gardener’s Supply Company. While at Gardener’s Supply Jeff innovated the e-commerce channel and built and led an award-winning electronic marketing team, eventually bcoming Vice President of Marketing and a playing an instrumental role record growth and profitability. Jeff credits most of his success at Gardener's Supply Company to the mentoring and support of inspired leadership and the very timely help of his own gifted executive coach!
